Shawna DeAnn Jerome, 39, of Las Cruces, died Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009. Shawna was a very loving and caring person who will be deeply missed by all her family and friends who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter Kala A. Steading of Austin, TX; mother Carol M. Johnson and husband Dennis of Las Cruces; father Floyd R. Lane and wife Susan of Las Cruces and by her sister Michaela Lane-Sanchez and husband Art of Las Cruces.
