Ruby D Rundle

Ruby D. Rundle went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 1, 2011. She was 98 and passed away peacefully in her sleep. She had been a resident of the Good Samaritan Society Las Cruces Village Health Center for a number of years because of declining health. Ruby was born on April 10th, 1913 in Reason, Oklahoma, the youngest of four children of Grover Cleveland Ballard and wife, Lulu May. She is the last of her immediate family to pass on, being preceded in death by her brother Doc of Boulder, CO and sisters Blanche of Grand Junction, CO and Myrtle of Taos, NM. She was married in 1934 to Loren Frank (Buzz) Rundle of Aurora, Nebraska and enjoyed 54 years of marriage until his passing in 1989 in Las Cruces, NM. They had lived in Colorado, Wyoming, and California and spent the last 44 years of their time together in New Mexico
