Richard Trujillo

Richard Joseph Trujillo, 64, of New Mexico passed away after a brief illness on April 2nd, 2023, peacefully surrounded by loved ones. Rich was born on June 19th, 1958, to Maria E Trujillo and John M Trujillo in Tularosa, NM. He was predeceased by his parents Maria and John, and his brothers Benny and Sammy Trujillo. He is survived by his wife and children, his brother John (Juan) and sister Priscilla, his grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. Rich graduated from Alamogordo High in 1976, he then went on to study at New Mexico State University and Texas Tech University. Rich met Julie Dziamba-Trujillo in Pennsylvania while working at Alcon Manufacturing where they went on to have several kids of their own, Cheyenne (Devon), Sierra (Tyson), and Skyler before retiring to New Mexico in 2001. After retiring they continued to grow their family with two other children Skerdi (Sameda), Bella (Kyle) and his grandchild Aiden. Rich spent the majority of his time with family and friends traveling the world and living life to the fullest. He changed many people's lives along the way. Celebration of Life will be held at the Trujillo Residence on May 27th, 2023, at 3:00PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to "Life Rolls On Foundation", an organization that would help others like Rich be just as adventurous as he was. Service Information
