Pamela Gayle Ivey

Pamela (Pam) Gayle Ivey a resident of Las Cruces, NM went to be with the Lord on 14 December 2017. Pam is survived by her parents Judge and LeNelle Ivey of Las Cruces, her brother Greg and his wife Kathy of Las Cruces NM, her niece Kayla Ivey of Las Cruces and nephew Chris West of Glendale Arizona. Pam was born on 29 Aug 1961 in Thomasville GA. She graduated from Northside high school in Warner Robins GA and from Georgia Southwestern College in Americas GA with a Bachelor Degree in History. While attending College Pam worked as a tour guide at Andersonville National Historic Site. Pam also was a certified paralegal and initially worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority in Knoxville TN. She later went to work at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins as a Program Analyst where she stayed until her retirement in 2015. Pam had a great faith in God and enjoyed her church family immensely. While at Trinity United Methodist Church in Warner Robins Pam lead a Disciple Bible study. After moving to Las Cruces Pam joined Calvary Baptist Church where she enjoyed her fellowship with the "One Size Fits All" Sunday School Class. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 the 19th of December at Calvary Baptist Church. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Pam's life. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Mesilla Valley Hospice at 299 Montana Ave Las Cruces NM or your favorite charity.
