Merlinda Faudoa December 6 ,1950 -November 7 , 2017 Our beautiful beloved mother, grandmother, great grantmother, sister and aunt passed away peacefully on November 7 ,2017 at the age of 66 years old. Merlinda was born in Las Cruces, NM on December 6th, 1950 to Willie Johnson and Alice Clark. Merlinda is survived by her daughter Vickie Gomez, Izzy Gomez ( Son In Law) daughter, Alice Montenegro and son Juan Carlos Faudoa. Sisters Betty Diaz, Nora Johnson. Grandchildren Jose Luis Faudoa, Saul Montenegro, Victor Velazquez, Anthony Montenegro, Destiny Villegas, Salvador Velazquez, Juan Melendez, Joaquin Melendez and Billie Villegas and 7 great grand children. Merlinda is preceded in death by father Willie Johnson, mother Alice Clark, brother Jerry Johnson and sisters Joann Cash, Elieen Najera & nephew Lalo Najera . Merlinda was very outgoing & full of love. Enjoyed playing bingo, going to wrestling and especially spending quality time with family and friends. She touched numerous lives and had a positive impact on many. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten you will be in our hearts until we meet again.
