Mary M Brown

Mary M. Brown, 78, of Las Cruces, NM died Monday October 16, 2006 while surrounded by family and friends. Mary was born October 6, 1928, in Sikeston, MO, to Charles L. and Julia Hamby. She was a huge football and baseball fan. Mary's two favorite colors were green for the Philadelphia eagles, and Pinstripe for the New York Yankees. She also had a love for collecting owls and rocks. Where most people would see just another rock Mary saw the beauty of a gem. The one thing that Mary loved more than anything else is her family. Mary is survived by three sons Dennis and Joanne Brown of Westchester, PA, Brian L. Brown of Aberdeen Township, NJ, and Wesley D. and Cecilia Brown of Long Beach, CA, one daughter Leah Griffith, of Las Cruces, NM, five grandchildren Shaun Brown, Josh Griffith, Logan Griffith, Jesse Griffith, Lucas Griffith, and three great-grandchildren, Robyn-Levi, Justice, and Gwynavere. Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years Ervin J. Brown. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. PDF Printable Version
