Mae B. Welch

Mae B. Welch, 81 of Fairacres, died Saturday, January 26, 2008 at her home. She was born February 5, 1926 in Sara, Oklahoma to Joel and Jewel Bell. She married Aubrey Welch and was married for 61 years. Mae was a longtime area resident and was a retired caseworker from the State of New Mexico, Department of Human Services. She was also a member of the Jehovah's Witness. She is survived by her husband, Aubrey of the family home; one daughter Wanda Templeton of Fairacres, NM; two grandchildren, John Templeton and wife Bonnie of Odessa, TX and Brandon Templeton and wife Teresa of Las Cruces, NM and five great grandchildren. Besides her parents, Joel and Jewel she was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Welch. Graveside Funeral Services will be at 1 PM on Wednesday, January 30, 2007 at the Arrey Community Cemetery in Arrey, NM. Officiating will be Brother Ted Swanson of T or C, NM.
