Eleanor (Nonie) Villegas, of Las Cruces. It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother Eleanor, she passed away peacefully on June 14, 2016 at Mesilla Valley Hospice. To morn her passing: her daughter, Julie A. Villegas-Molina, and son, Jacob A. Villegas both of Las Cruces, she is also survived by two grandsons Randy & Bo of Fort worth, Texas, four great-grandchildren, a sister, May Silvas and family of Las Cruces, she also had many friends near and far, comrades and compas that she loved dearly. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Getz Funeral Home. Services will be held June 17, 2016 at St. Genevieve's Church starting with visitation at 11:30am followed by rosary, mass, and interment to be held at Hillcrest Cemetery. We would like to take this time to thank Matrix Home Care for assisting us with mom, Mesilla Valley Hospice staff for their outstanding care not only for mom but towards us as well.
