Life Legacy

Dorothy "Dottie" Boehm , age 72, Las Cruces , NM passed away on May 24, 2016 at her home as a result of an illness. Dottie was born in Pittsfield, MA to David McKnight and Ellen (LaPointe) McKnight 1944 and raised in Dalton, MA. She moved to Las Cruces in 1970. She married James A. Boehm III in August 1985. Dottie was an animal lover. She raised and showed Golden Retrievers. Dottie is survived by her daughters. Katherine Flores, Christine Navarro, Julle Chopper, grandchildren, and close friends. Arrangements are entrusted to Getz Funeral Home. At this time no memorial service is scheduled. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to her caregiver (hospice) who assisted her during her last days. PDF Printable Version
