Janet Greenlees Davidson

Janet Greenlees Davidson, age 93, passed away peacefully at Mesilla Valley Hospice La Posada in Las Cruces, NM on Friday, December 11, 2009. She was born October 23, 1916 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada to Alexander Allison and Euphemia Allison (Brown) of Glasgow, Scotland. Janet married Alexandeer Kenneth Davidson on April 4, 1936 in Hamilton, Ontario. They moved to Chicago in 1953 and then to Boulder, CO in 1968. Her Beloved husband of 67 years died May 1, 2002. She moved to Las Cruces, NM in early 2009 to be with her daughter Karen and her husband Frank. Janet loved Yoga, playing bingo at the Boulder Elks Club, playing Pinochle, and hiking in nature. She especially enjoyed being with family and friends at family gatherings. She will be greatly missed by all. Her children include A.R. Bruce Davidson (deceased) and wife Elaine of Longmont, CO; Janet Karen Robitaille and husband Frank of Las Cruces, NM; Kenneth Richard Davidson of Longmont; son in law Gordon J. Zorn (deceaced). Janet's grandchildren are Ken Davidson (wife Kristi) of Longmont, CO; Scott Davidson (wife Deann) of Westminster, CO; Rob Zorn Robitaille (deceased); Ryan Robitaille (wife Ginger) of Longmont; Rebecca Robitaille of Denver, CO; Russel Robitaille (wife Amber) of Aurora, CO; Alex Davidson of Longmont, CO. Her great grandchildren are Matthew (Robitaille) Hopkins of Alberta, Canada; Courtney and Brittany Davidson of Longmont, CO; Randall (Robitaille) Trever of Longmont; Rachel Robitaille of Loveland, CO; Euphemia Robitaille of Aurora, CO. Her brothers James, John, Albert Allison and sisters Sarah Gamble and Mary Moffat, all of Ontario, Canada have preceded her in death. PDF Printable Version
