James Kenneth Schiek

James Schiek, 48, of Las Cruces, passed away October 6, 2015. James was born February 19, 1967 in Milwaukee Wisconsin to Kenneth and Shirley Schiek. He married, Gail Condes in Anthony, NM June 2006. James graduated Gadsden High School with honors in 1985. He worked as Fire Sprinkler Protection Specialist, and was currently employed at Dimar Systems. He was full of adventure and passion, he loved the outdoors and fishing. James loved sports, of all kinds, but Hockey was his game (Detroit Redwings) and football (Minnesota Vikings). He was a very unique person with extreme intelligence. He worked hard and played hard. He was a good hearted man that will be missed by all who knew him. James is preceded in death by both parents and Sister Julie. He is survived by his wife Gail Schiek, stepchildren Jason, Randi, Garron & Hayley. The apple of his eye, Kyley. Also surviving him are his brother Tom and sister Jacki. A memorial Service is scheduled for Tuesday October 13, 2015 at 10:00AM in the Getz Funeral Home Chapel. PDF Printable Version
