Jacqueline Mary McLean 93 of Las Cruces, New Mexico passed away on Monday, November 18th, 2024. She was born on July 11th, 1931, in Boston, MA to the late Mary Thersa Francoeur and Wilford U Francoeur. Jacqueline graduated from Roslindale High School in 1948 and worked for MA Bell as a switchboard operator.
Jacqueline was the beloved wife of the late Charles P. McLean of Las Cruces, NM. She met Charles on Plum Island, MA in the summer of 1949 and they married the following summer on March 10th.

Proceeded in death by her siblings, Wilfred and Ronald Francoeur, of Roslindale, MA and sister Mary Lou Martin of Nashua, NH.
Beloved Grandmother of Keith LaBonte of Merrimack, NH, Steven LaBonte of Antrim, NH. Emily, Victoria and Matthew Statler of Derry, NH. Isabella Sims of MI and Callum J McLean of Seattle, WA, and Great Grandmother of Joseph Statler of Derry, NH.
Jacqueline was an active member of Holy Cross Church and member of the Las Cruces stroke group. She was a supporting member of the NMSU symphony.
Jackie had a creative nature and enjoyed various activities at the Meerscheidt Recreation Center. She was an avid reader of many genres of literature, loved shopping for the holidays and looked forward to her summer visits to see family on Cape Cod.
A viewing for Jacqueline will be held at Getz Funeral Home this Friday November 22, 2024, 1410 East Bowman Ave, Las Cruces, from 9:30 -10:30, Rosary 10:30 - 11:00 and Mass at 11:00 - 12:00.
The McLean family is extending an invitation to those wishing to join them for a meal after the service at the Sunset Gill, Sonoma Ranch Golf Course, 1274 Golf Club Rd starting at 12:30.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
