Heather Moncrief
October 16, 1964 — September 12, 2024
Heather Moncrief was born on October 16th, 1964, and left this world on September 12th, 2024. She is preceded in death by her mother Mary Gunn and her Godmother Juanita Larsen. Heather is survived by her half-sister, Tamitha Gunn, her nephew Thomas Curtis, nieces Brook Borrowman and Faith Davenport, and her cousins, Sharon Pegau, Scott Pegau, and Karen Connell. In her earlier life, Heather was an avid outdoorsman who loved guns and enjoyed cooking for guided hunting trips.
In her career, she was driven, excelled, and won many awards for being an exceptional worker. Heather's work posse, the Desert Divas, had a special place in her heart. She saw them as her family as well. Heather was intelligent, quick-witted, and the best at telling stories. She could always make you laugh with her eloquent stories about her life experiences. Heather was compassionate, she even kept an open-door policy for her cats. Heather lived her way and made the most of life. She will be missed dearly.
Services are scheduled for 10:00 am Friday, November 1, 2024 at Getz Funeral Home.
