Evelyn A. Hill, 87, of Las Cruces, died Saturday, Jan. 2, 2010. She was born Aug. 26, 1922 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Evelyn was a member of Sonoma Springs Presbyterian Church and was also the owner-operator and bookkeeper for over 40 years, along with her loving husband Charles Hill who preceded her in death. Mrs. Hill will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter Lynda Small and husband John of Las Cruces; grandchildren Michelle Mueller and Leslie Small; great-grandchildren Devin and Mason Mueller, Esteven and Vanessa Lynn Baca.
