Eleanor Sainz Cisneroz

Eleanor Cisneroz, 70, entered eternal life on Saturday, August 21,2021 in El Paso, Texas. She was born to Claudio and Luisa Sainz on May 6, 1951, in Anthony, Texas. She was a retired special education teacher, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grand mother, and a devoted wife. Eleanor was a beautiful woman, inside and out. She was happily married to her soul mate of forty years. She enjoyed spending time with family, helping take care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. Those left to mourn her passing include her beloved husband, Jose M. Cisneroz, of La Mesa, New Mexico. Three brothers: Arturo Sainz of Las Cruces, Francisco J Sainz of La Mesa and Victor Sainz of Las Vegas, New Mexico. Three daughters: Carmen L. Reyes of Arizona, Camille Cisneroz of La Mesa, and Amy Herrera of Las Cruces. Grandchildren: Jesus L. Cisneroz, Alyssa C. Reyes, Ian M. Reyes, Juan M. Cisneroz, Alexxis M. Avitia, and Joshua J. Herrera. Great-grandchildren: Silas D. Cisneroz, Ezail L. Cisneroz, Kaster I. Cisneroz, Omri J. Cisneroz, Rayden O. Reyes, Zander C. Reyes, Joseph P. Cisneroz, and Meilanii E. Alvarez. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Coll Shea Reyes; her mother, Luisa A. Sainz; and her father, Claudio V. Sainz. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, August 30, 2021, at Getz Funeral Home in Las Cruces, New Mexico. A viewing will be held at 1:30 - 2:00 p.m., with service to follow.
