David M. Mendez 83 passed away June 26, 2024 in Las Cruces, NM.
David served in the United States National Guard. His occupation was in sales; mobile homes, cars and clothing. He had many returning customers with his eye for style and expertise. In his last years of life he enjoyed attending services at Latter Rain Harvest Fellowship in Las Cruces New Mexico.
He is preceded in death by his wife Patty Caris Mendez; parents Manuela Medina and Jose Angel, son Mark A. Mendez; sisters Vicky Rodriguez, Lucy Fierro brothers Manuel, Willie, Jimmy and Rudy.
David is survived by his daughter Cindi Hetrick and son David Mendez Jr. daughters-in-law Lori and Michelle. Grandchildren Crystal, Marisa, Jordon, Madison, Savanah, Jakep and Emma. Great grandchildren Isiah, Liliana, Theo and Ezekiel. He also leaves behind brothers Joe and Lupe; sister Helen Galindoand and his first wife Teresa,
A service will be held at Latter Rain Harvest Fellowship at 11 a.m. Friday July 26, 2024 with a Celebration of Life afterwords at 401 N Main St. next door to Coas bookstore 575.523.2561
