Daryl Spencer Freeman

Daryl S. Freeman Jr., 23, of Las Cruces, went to be with his heavenly father on September 14, 2006. Spencer was born on September 16, 1982 in Ft. Hood, TX, to Daryl S. and Machira Freeman. Spencer will be remembered mostly by his parents and son as a caring and giving person who was loved by many. He loved life and everything it offered, and it showed in his active participation with the Bone Crusher Extreme Fight Club here in Las Cruces. Spencer was a 2001 graduate of Onate High School where he was a state champion wrestler. He loved teaching "new Moves" to everyone. Spencer will be missed by his son Christian Isaiah Freeman, parents Daryl S. and Machira Freeman, grandparents Helga and Jerry Beck, his brothers John and Jason, sister Machira Freeman, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins in Las Cruces as well as North Carolina. He was Preceded in death by his great-grandma Marie Amalie Schmelzer and Paternal grandparents Nora Bell and Ernest Freeman.
