Charlie A. Garcia

Charlie A. Garcia, 60, of Las Vegas, NV and formerly of Las Cruces died Thursday Nov. 16, 2006. He was born Oct. 15, 1946 in Las Vegas, NM to Jose Amador and Minnie Garcia. Charlie had been a dealer in the Las Vegas Casinos for many years and he loved the whole casino atmosphere. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends who knew and loved him. His two sons Roman Garcia of Las Cruces and Brian Garcia of Las Vegas, NV; mother Minnie Garcia of Las Cruces; sisters Gloria G. Sandoval of Las Cruces, Lisa Garcia of San Diego, CA and Arlene Gamboa of Las Vegas, NV survive him. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive Charlie. He was preceded in death by his father Jose Amador and by his brothers Bobby, Gabie and Peter. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2006 at Getz Funeral Home with Fr. Don Adamski of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church officiating.
