Cesar Rubio Ceballos

July 28, 1965 — September 24, 2023

Cesar passed peacefully from this life on the early morning of Sunday September 24th, 2023. He was surrounded and supported by his loving family during his final days. Cesar was born on July 28th, 1965, to Mario and Antonia Ceballos. He was a graduate of Las Cruces High School. He pursued a degree at Spartan College of Aeronautics. Upon returning home he began a career at Memorial Medical Center and raised his family next to his wife in the Las Cruces area. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, teaching, and spending time with family and friends. Cesar was a well-known and respected member of the community. He was the life of the party and found reward in the laughter he was able to produce with all his jokes. Cesar is survived by his wife Teresa Ceballos of 32 years. In-laws Salvador and Nellie Hernandez. His 2 daughters Desiree Medina (Jake Medina), Cheyenne Nolan (Austin Nolan). His son Jaime Hernandez (Crystal Hernandez). Cesar is also survived by his four grandchildren, Jake Medina Jr., Isabell Medina, Jayleanna Medina, and Andy Nolan. He is also survived by his sister Lourdes Sanchez (Richie Sanchez). Two nephews, Gabriel, and Nico Sanchez. Four nieces, Amy Sanchez, Mandy Jacquez (Richard Jacquez), Jo Thomas, and Adriana Ramirez (Orlando Ramirez). As well as many great nephews, nieces, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents Mario and Antonia Ceballos. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and all who knew him. Services for Cesar will be at St. Genevieve's Church Monday October 2nd, 2023. Viewing will begin at 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Rosary will start at 10:00 to 10:30am with Mass to follow. A reception to celebrate Cesar will be held at the VFW on Mesquite Street from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm. Serving as Pallbearers will be Jake Medina, Austin Nolan, Jake Medina Jr., Gabriel Sanchez, Nico Sanchez, and Jesus Lopez. Honorary bearers will be Isabell Medina, Jayleanna Medina, Andy Nolan, Orlando Ramirez, and Michael Sanchez. First Visitation
