Beatrice P. Lucero, Bea left us to be in Heaven with her mother "Anne" who was her best friend Friday December 21, 2007. Now mother and daughter are together again with their Father God in Heaven. Bea was a mother to her sister and brothers, and the most amazing Aunt and Godmother to her nieces and nephews. She was a giving person to all of her family and friends. When Bea would give, she would give with all her heart, just to see a smile on someone's face. For those who knew Bea, they will remember her always carrying dog biscuits to give to stray dogs, and for the animals that she would find injured she would nurse them back to health and make sure they were safe. Bea will be missed for her kindness, funny jokes, and most of all her loving ways. Bea was born in Mesilla, NM to Anita P. Lucero on February 10, 1938. She worked faithfully for the United States Post Office in La Mesilla, and was a parishioner at San Albino Catholic Church. She is survived by her father Ernesto C. Alvarez, Sister Rosella A. Tirre and husband Paul, Brothers, Ernie Alvarez, and wife Elaine, Rudy Alvarez and wife Rosalinda, and Raymond Alvarez and wife Rita. Her Godchildren, Annette R. Tirre, Pauline R. Tirre, Valerie M. Sutton, and Carlos Barraza, Nieces and Nephews; Michael and Patrick Tirre, Krissy Placencio, Adam Alvarez, Amy Farish, Amanda, Dawn, Marsha, Andrea, and Christopher Alvarez. Bea was so excited to be able to meet her "babes" her great-nieces and nephews, she enjoyed watching them dance and play, and they always brought a smile to her face. Joseph Fabian Torres V, Sophee Anne Beautiful Tirre, Noah John Christopher Saracen, Celeste Giselle, Anderson Patrick Michael and Savannah Jo Reina Tirre. Bea is preceded in death by her mother Anita L. Alvarez and her doggie Amber. Pallbearers will be Michael and Patrick Tirre, Adam Alvarez, John Saracen Jr., Oscar Telles and Jesse Sutton.
