Anna Rae Crane, 81, was called home to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on July 3, 2010. She was born to Ruben and Hazel Stuart of Bloomington, Indiana on January 17, 1929. She was a wonderful, loving, strong mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed. Anna was preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Lee Crane, her dear sister and brother, Helen Marie Brown and Robert Stuart. Anna was very fond of animals, flowers of any kind, and baking. She loved her family and enjoyed many years with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. One of her favorite things to do was to spend time and take trips with her sister Helen. She also enjoyed being with her nieces and nephews. Anna had a wonderful sense of humor and loved life to the fullest. She was a member of the Methodist Church and loved her savior Jesus Christ. She is survived by her daughters, Julie Crane Armendariz and Janice Aragon; grandchildren Justin Lee Armendariz, Michelle Hudson Armendariz, Jovi Bond, Milan Crane, Yuriah Aragon, Mica Armendariz, Mikal Jade Armendariz, Brooklyn Morton and great-grandchildren Madison and Aspen Armendariz; nieces Kathy Smith, Madonna Vatovic and nephews Larry, Gary, and Randy Brown. Please join the family for a celebration of Anna Crane's life at 11 AM on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church with Rev. Joe Whitley officiating. A special thanks to Mesilla Valley Hospice, La Posada for all the loving care they provided for our mother and grandmother in her final days. PDF Printable Version
