Alfonso S. Molina, "Al" 48 of Aurora, Colorado formerly of Las Cruces died Monday, May 15, 2006 at his home. He was born January 8, 1958 in Artesia, NM to Jose and Feliciana Molina. Al had been living in Colorado for about the last 15 years and had been a member of the Catholic Church. Surviving Al is one son Joshua and a stepdaughter Heather; his mother Feliciana Moreno; three brothers, Fred Molina and his wife Jan of Las Cruces; Manuel Molina of Clovis, NM; and Dr. Joe Molina and his wife Paula of Albuquerque, NM. Three sisters, Mary Catano and her husband Refugio "Cuco" of Artesia, NM; Erma Natividad and her husband Cruz of Artesia, NM and Martha Moreno of Las Cruces, NM. Also surviving Al are several nieces and nephews. Al was preceded in death by his father Jose Molina and his stepfather Manuel Moreno. A visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM on Thursday, May 18, 2006 at Getz Funeral Home Chapel where the Prayer Vigil will follow at 7 PM. The Funeral Liturgy will be at 10 AM on Friday, May 19, 2006 at St. Genevieve's Catholic Church. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Ricardo Bauza. Serving, as pallbearers will be Fred, Joe, Manuel, and Steven Molina, Roy Granado, and Martha Moreno. PDF Printable Version
