Daniel & Joanne Fullerton

Daniel, 62, and JoAnne Fullerton, 57, died Sunday October 14, 2007 outside Socorro, NM. Daniel was born June 18, 1945 in Austin, TX to Ralph and Ruby Fullerton. JoAnne was born May 10, 1950 in Boston, MA her parents were George and Gertrude Rommell. Daniel is survived by his parents, Ralph and Ruby Fullerton, daughter Kimberly Eldredge, and grandchildren Zachary and Tyler, uncles; Rex and Jo Fullerton, Ray and Lois Fullerton, and Barney and Kathryn Howell. Dan was the most dedicated husband, father, son, and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Dan loved the outdoors, gardening, and spending time with family. JoAnne is survived by three children, Lisa Marris, Chris Sadlowski and Amy Broumas, and four grandchildren Jordan, Christopher, Nicholas, and Ian. Her energy and laughter will be missed everyday by her children. JoAnne was passionate about her kids, grandkids, sewing, and crafts. They both served long careers in Law Enforcement in Texas, Alaska, and New Mexico. When Dan and JoAnne were together, they were surrounded by laughter. They loved to travel. We all remember stories of their trip to Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand. Their light will burn brightly forever. We have been told that Heaven needs good people, too. Heaven got two of the best. A Prayer Vigil will be held on Friday October 19, 2007 at 6PM at the Getz Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service for Daniel will be held on Saturday October 20, 2007 at 11 AM at the Getz Funeral Home Chapel with JoAnne present. The Family will then proceed to the funeral mass for JoAnne, which will be given at St. Albert the Great Newman Center, with Daniel present, at 12 PM. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
