Marie G. Verheyen, entered into eternal life December 28, 2020. Marie was born February 17, 1932 in Buffalo, NY to Loretta and James Biracree. She was the oldest of 4 children including brothers Robert, Frank and the late James Biracree.
She met Robert, her husband of 62 years while they bother worked at Bell Aerospace in Niagara Falls, NY. They married in 1958 and proceeded to have 5 daughters. 1976 brought the family to Las Cruces, NM where she proceeded to work for Lockheed and McDonald Douglas eventually branching out and having her own business. After retiring they enjoyed the leisure of traveling the country in their Fifth Wheel.
She is survived by her husband Robert Verheyen of the family home, Anne M. Christian of Rio Rancho, NM, Cathy L. Specian from Rio Rancho, NM, Carol A. Brumbaugh of Las Cruces, Patti S. Verheyen of Las Cruces and Nancy J Escalera of the family home, 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by family and friends.
